Easy mold change! Introducing a degree bender suitable for small lot production.
We handle the "Degree Bender" manufactured by Sun Kiko Co., Ltd. The "Degree Bender" is a machine that bends materials at an angle (R) according to the mold. We offer two models: the "SSR-150" for pipe diameters up to φ42.7 and the "SSR-180" for up to φ60.5. The bending angle can be set from 1° to 180° in increments of 0.1°. The bending radius is determined by the mold, so we can manufacture the radius size according to the customer's requirements.
